Everyone needs a "me" day and I look forward to being pampered at the hair salon, getting my nails done, relaxing in a massage chair while having a pedicure or sitting in the sauna or Jacuzzi after a workout at my health club.     Best Facial: Feel rehydrated with an organic facial administered by an aesthetician at this College Park spa and shop combo. Options include the "Flash Facial" for those on the go or their customized facial called "When in Doubt".

    Best Hair Salon: I always look forward to my once-a-month hair salon day in Oviedo. I enjoy sitting back as my hairstylist colors and cuts my hair while I’m reading a magazine and catching up on celebrity gossip before heading back to O-town.

    Best Health Club: I’m normally stress-free but if I’m feeling a bit of tension, then it all goes away during my workout session at this gym. I utilize cardio and weight machines, attend classes, including yoga, and take advantage of the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna before going home.

    Best Manicure/Pedicure: Finding time to get my nails done is always a treat when I visit this Winter Park nail salon. I receive lower and upper body chair massages while a nail technician is giving me a pedicure and massaging my ankles and feet. A manicure is also provided in between my pedicure session while I’m sitting in the chair, which is what I call multi-tasking.
