The Dr. Phillips area was once overflowing with orange groves owned by Dr. Phillip Phillips, a Central Florida citrus mogul who was known for his ingenious inventions in the processing and packaging of orange juice. This upscale neighborhood in South Orlando is known for its vast dining destinations along Sand Lake Road’s Restaurant Row and is where doctors, executives and lawyers live and play.
